What you share.

The access form collects your email address and any workflow details you choose to provide, including your current interface and acceptance criteria. We also save a reference number and submission time.

Please keep passwords, API keys, confidential customer records and other sensitive information out of the form. An access request does not create a product account or connect an AI workflow.

How we use it.

We use your details to assess your access request and contact you about that request. We do not sell your details or add you to an unrelated marketing list.

The economics calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter in it are not sent to us.

Hosting and protection.

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores access requests on our behalf. It processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and help prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address in the access-request database.

Cloudflare also sends your request to our team's Gmail inboxes so we can respond. Google processes those email copies as our email provider.

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers to this website. You can read more about Cloudflare's processing in its privacy policy.

How long we keep it.

Access requests and notification records expire after 90 days and are removed from our active database by a daily cleanup. Email copies and any correspondence are managed separately in our team's inboxes and are not removed by that database cleanup. You can ask us to delete your request, including email copies, sooner. Hosting recovery copies follow Cloudflare's retention periods.

To ask about your information, request a copy, correct it or ask us to delete it, email steven@mercova.fr. Use the email address you submitted and include your request reference if you have it, so we can identify your request.
